In case of bad weather or during winter, it is preferable to bring a change of shoes.
You can make a reservation online without even paying. The default option is to pay at the store. You can still select the option to pay the entire bill online.
If you make a reservation online, make sure you receive the confirmation email! If you have not received an email, it means that the reservation has not been made!

As a team, you must solve the riddle of the chosen scenario before the end of the time allotted to you. By collecting enough information, you will be able, little by little, to decipher it all and find your way out.

Afin que le jeu puisse débuter à l’heure prévue, nous demandons à ce que tous les participants d’un même groupe arrivent 15 à 20 minutes avant leur heure de réservation.
Si vous arrivez en retard, nous tenterons de vous accommoder au maximum possible. Toutefois, si la plage horaire suivante est impactée par votre retard, nous devrons retrancher du temps sur votre réservation afin de ne pas pénaliser les groupes suivants.
En cas de mauvais temps ou durant l’hiver, il est préférable d’apporter des chaussures de rechange. Si à votre arrivée, vous n’en avez pas, vous allez devoir faire le jeu en bas.
