  • To benefit from the promotional prices displayed, payment must be made on a single invoice. The promotional price cannot be split between several invoices.
  • If the birthday boy or girl plays more than one game during the day, the first game is free ($0), the second is at the regular price of the chosen scenario, and all subsequent games are at a 25% discount (applicable only if no other discount has already been applied).
  • For the 25% discount on additional games, this applies to the cheapest game played; the game with the highest amount will be billed at full price.

ARRIVEZ 15 À 20 MINUTES AVANT L’HEURE

L’heure indiquée à votre réservation est l’heure de début de votre scénario et non votre heure d’arrivée à nos locaux.

Afin que le jeu puisse débuter à l’heure prévue, nous demandons à ce que tous les participants d’un même groupe arrivent 15 à 20 minutes avant leur heure de réservation.

Si vous arrivez en retard, nous tenterons de vous accommoder au maximum possible. Toutefois, si la plage horaire suivante est impactée par votre retard, nous devrons retrancher du temps sur votre réservation afin de ne pas pénaliser les groupes suivants.

En cas de mauvais temps ou durant l’hiver, il est préférable d’apporter des chaussures de rechange. Si à votre arrivée, vous n’en avez pas, vous allez devoir faire le jeu en bas.

The time indicated on your reservation is thestart time of your scenario and not your arrival time at our premises.

To ensure that the game starts on time, we ask that all participants in the same group arrive 15 to 20 minutes before their reservation time.

If you arrive late, we will try to accommodate you as much as possible. However, if the next time slot is affected by your delay, we will have to deduct time from your reservation so as not to penalize subsequent groups.

In case of bad weather or during winter, it is preferable to bring a change of shoes. If you don’t have one when you arrive, you’ll have to play the game in socks.
